Venkatesh Daggubati, Payal Rajput, Akkineni Naga Chaitanya and Raashi Khanna starrer Venky Mama, helmed by Bobby, has hit the theaters today. Let’s see the story of Venky Mama.
Story: After the death of Karthik’s ( Naga Chaitanya) parents, his uncle Venkat Ratnam (Venky) dedicates his life to Karthik. Later Karthik joins the Indian Army without any prior intimation to his uncle. The twist arises in the tale when Karthik goes missing. What will Venky do now? Will they both reunion again? Form rest of the story.

Performance: The Casting of Venky Mama is an asset and all the actors are properly cast. Undoubtedly, the heart and soul of the film is Venkatesh Daggubati. Right from the first frame to the last, Venkatesh impresses the audiences with his performance, amazing screen presence and comedy. Venkatesh, the senior star has given his top notch performance. KS Ravindra has sculpted Naga Chaitanya’ character with so much care. Naga Chaitanya is decent in his role as a lover boy and a matured Army captain. Payal Rajput and Raashi Khanna look cute in their roles. Raashi is quite natural in her expressions. Rao Ramesh, Prakash Raj are good in their roles.
Technical: The Production values are top notch. The cinematography is very good. Every frame in the movie looks very grand. Music by Thaman is top notch. Dialogue writing is superb. Many lines are impressive. Editing is neat. KS Ravindra alias Bobby has come up with a family drama which has good emotional content.
Analysis: Overall Venky Mama is a good entertainer movie. Venky’s screen presence and scenes between Venkatesh and Naga Chaitanya are a treat to watch.
